Project enquiries
The homepage lets you prepare and review your name, email address, service choice, and project description. Preparing a draft does not send an email. If you continue to verification, the enquiry is passed to FormSubmit for its verification and submission process. Our team uses enquiries to respond to you about your project. Please do not put passwords, payment details, or sensitive customer records in a brief.
Optional Google Analytics
Analytics is off until you choose to accept it. When enabled and connected, Google Analytics 4 receives page visits and actions such as opening a brief or clicking a booking link. We do not send your name, email address, or project description in these events. We remove query parameters and fragments from page addresses sent to analytics, and only send paths from the published page list. Unknown paths use a generic not-found label. External referrers are reduced to their origin, and unrecognized internal referrers are omitted. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google Signals.
The production Google Analytics connection is configured. Collection still requires your analytics choice.
Your choice is stored in this browser. You can change it using Analytics settings in the footer. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from reading the site or making an enquiry.
Search performance
Google Search Console is used to understand how our pages appear in Google Search. It is separate from the optional Google Analytics code on this website.
External services
The homepage offers an ElevenLabs assistant and an external Google Calendar booking link. Choosing to use these services may pass your conversation or booking information to the relevant provider. Their own terms and privacy notices apply. This page does not make promises about another provider’s retention or processing practices.
